At 2nd chance housing, you are permitted to continue staying in your home. This is possible when you pay your rent in full and on time each month. If this is followed systematically, your tenancy rights will be automatically renewed every 12 months. We are members of the national landlords association, an umbrella organization of the tenants. As members, we are governed by a code of conduct stressing for equal rights to the tenants & the landlords.
