Q: How fast can the Sale be completed?
It can be completed in 1 week, but a typical time for completion is 4 weeks.

Q: Are you an Estate Agency?
No we are a group of Professional Property Investors located Nationally who wish to provide a valuable service to Sellers whilst providing ourselves with stable long term Investments.

Q: Do you charge any Fees?
We are not an Estate Agency and charge no fees, the property Survey is paid for by us also.

Q: Who appoints the Solicitor and pays their Costs for the Sale?
We can appoint the Solicitor or you can provide your own, we cover costs up to £500

Q: Can you provide a solution for a property that has little equity in it or is heavily mortgaged?
We will try to find a solution for all situations and will discuss the best way forward on a case by case basis.

Q: My Property is Tenanted will you still buy it?
Yes we will buy the property with a sitting tenant.

Q: Do you only buy properties in good condition?
No we will look at properties in all conditions.

Q: I am in no hurry to sell should I still use your services?
We can offer you a guaranteed sale with no waiting for long chains to complete etc.
